Francesca Grilli's research focuses on the metaphores of language. Her constant interest for sound, pursued in all its forms and registers, enshrouds the space of action of the spectator in order to create, with alternative methods, a kind of communication which is sensorial rather than verbal. The result of her performances being, therefore, a method of production that finds its genesis within the sinergical relationship that the artist builds with the historical and anthropological reality she experiences.

His research is based on the opposition between the countraries positive-negative, full-empty, implotion-explotion, light- dark, joining-break-up, individual-plural; in order to reach a state of transitional balance through these dicotomies apparently irreconciliable.
